This set includes three green tidy trays of identical size (58 cm by 35 cm by 11 cm) plus three plastic scoops. The trays are made from polypropylene; the scoops are made from the same material. The scoops have a curved blade and a short handle, suitable for transferring soil from bag to tray or from tray to pot. The set is designed for gardeners who perform batch operations: one tray can hold fresh soil, a second tray can contain plants awaiting repotting, and a third tray can collect removed old soil. The trays are also suited for seeding: the user can fill a tray with seed-starting mix, plant seeds directly in the tray (without individual pots) for shallow-rooted species, then thin seedlings later.
