Damaged or Defective Goods
We take great care in the preparation of our products. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a functional defect, you are entitled to a resolution:
Notification: Please contact us via email within the statutory period after delivery.
Evidence: Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will process a full refund or a replacement. In these specific cases, you are not required to return the damaged item to us. -
Delivery Issues & Lost Shipments
We utilize premium carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority with an estimated transit time of 6 to 12 working days.
Tracking: Automated tracking updates are sent to your registered email at dispatch, arrival at logistics hubs, and local delivery stages.
Investigations: If your order has not arrived within the standard timeframe, we will conduct a formal investigation with the carrier.
Outcome: Following the investigation, if the parcel is confirmed delayed beyond reasonable limits or lost, we will issue a full refund or a replacement dispatch. -

Return Shipping Costs
For “Right of Withdrawal” returns (non-defective items), the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to our facility in Singapore, unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return. -
