Transit Time: The estimated delivery window is 6 to 12 working days.
Tracking: Automated notifications are dispatched to your registered email address at key milestones, including order dispatch, arrival at the logistics hub, and local delivery stages.
Risk of Loss: In compliance with European consumer protection standards, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with FLORAL PASSION SG PTE. LTD. until the items are physically received by the consumer or a designated third party.
