Description
This light green potting bench is made from fir wood with a pigmented water-resistant coating. The tabletop is a single sheet of galvanised steel (120 cm by 50 cm) with a slight lip on the front edge to prevent pots from rolling off. Below the tabletop, a cabinet drawer (40 cm wide, 35 cm deep, 8 cm high) provides storage for small hand tools, seed packets, and gloves. The bench has an open top design – no backboard – allowing the user to reach across the work surface from either side. A lower shelf (110 cm by 45 cm) sits 25 cm above the floor, suitable for holding empty pots or a compost bucket. Four handy hooks are attached to the right front leg; these can hold a dustpan, a brush, or a hanging planter. The bench is intended for general garden workbench tasks: repotting, pruning, and staging plants. The wood is not rot-proof; storage under a covered area is recommended. Assembly takes approximately 50 minutes. No electrical components. The weight capacity of the tabletop is 40 kg. The product does not include any chemical treatments beyond the surface coating.
